Commander Fred de Barros, Finance Office/Adjutant Tim Moynihan and 2021 Americanism Award Winner, Legionnaire Terry McCartney conducted the wreath laying ceremony at the Rye Memorials this morning. The wreath laying ceremony consisted of the playing of the National Anthem, a benediction prayer and Taps.
Wreaths were laid at the Memorial at City Hall, the WWI Memorial and the Memorial at Rye Rec.
